Notice vs agenda vs approval vs completed

• Notice / advisory — information published by an official body; may change.
• Agenda / meeting — scheduled discussion; not the same as a final decision.
• Approval / ordinance — formal action when explicitly stated by the source.
• Completed / historical — retained for transparency; may be superseded.

Corrections

Residents can report possible errors via the corrections form. Reports are logged for operator follow-up; they do not instantly change published text.

Review requirements

High-impact publication requires human review before residents see it. The internal review queue is disabled in production unless explicitly enabled and is unsafe for public exposure.

Current limits

Spanish may be unavailable for some items; the UI falls back to English with an accessible notice. Geographic relevance is soft and city/area scoped — never parcel-level. Coverage of sources is incomplete. See coverage.
