All requests must be submitted no later than 3:45 PM the day of the meeting. All provisions of BED(Local) will be adhered to regarding length of speaking, which are listed at the bottom of this notice. This agenda is being posted in advance of the Texas Open Meetings Act deadline to comply with Texas Education Code Sec 39.008. Additional agenda items will be added before the Texas Open Meetings Act deadline. The notice for this meeting was posted in accordance with the Texas Education Code Sec 39.008 on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and the Texas Open Meetings Act on Monday, September 14, 2026.
